I was wondering if you could do 1 of 2 skins or even both for me if you have the time, first off I would like this Red Flash Skin to be turned to blue and the yellow on the skin to be a black/gray shading and the red to be a blue, a specific blue if you must, #0048D8 is the HTML code, this is my favorite blue...basically I just want the edit the skin to blue/gray-black. but keep it exactly the same, hope this is a simple task. My second request is not as important as the first, but I wanted maybe a more detailed version of this skin? I did poorly on it and was wondering if you could improve it...thanks i really appreciate it, just keep it pretty much the same please, just add detail

I am looking for something like this:
Head: Dirty (A bit dark) blonde, blue eyes, and a tuft of hair on the front kinda like Woofless (look his skin up if you don't know him)
Body: Human, a dark blue unclosed jacket (That has a polo collar sticking up, no hoodie) and with a white shirt under (for unclosed spot), black jeans.
Shoes: Do whatever fits best.
The closest picture I could find is this, but just use it as sort of a template for what to do, because that isn't really what I want. http://www.minecraft...minecraft-dude/
